Out of the fourth trimester! 

This month Lila:

• Became capable of falling asleep on her own! With lots and lots of patience and hard work, we’re finally able to put her down awake and know she’ll fall asleep. Some nights are better than others but she’s getting there

• Moved into her own room now that she’s sleeping long stretches through the night…and Daddy makes a lot of noises

• Sat in her Bumbo for the first time

• Is able to hold herself up on her elbows
